Yes! You have the option to either pick up at our local Airdrie, Alberta storefront, or you can have your orders direct shipped to you for a very economical flat rate! Our shipping is based on sale weeks. So, if you purchase one item, or 100 items between the same Sunday-Friday sale event, you will only ever pay that one flat shipping cost for your area. If you purchase something one day, then decide you do want to order other items during the same sale week, simply order them! Our super-duper smart website knows you purchased and will not charge you shipping again during that timeframe!
Q: WHAT IF I LIVE IN PEI OR NUNAVUT OR SOMEPLACE ELSE FAR AWAY?
No problem! We ship to all Canadian Provinces and Territories. Your economical flat rate shipping cost is calculated based on your postal code so you just need to check out and you will get your orders delivered however you receive your mail!
Q: CAN I COMBINE MY SHIPPING WITH MY FRIEND’S OR SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE SAME AREA?
You can, but you will need to combine the orders together under one account. We are unable to merge orders.

YES! We have an event called the Black Market on our Facebook Group and you can post your items that you have previously purchased from us in this forum for private sale. You can see the Black Market here. You can even check there to see if you can find a past product that someone else has for sale! Q: WHAT ABOUT YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Shoplift Deals offers 30 days warranty for manufacturers defects. Some products carry a longer manufacturer’s warranty and this will be stated in the product info. Shoplift Deals offers exchange or store credit for manufacturer’s defective items. We do not offer refunds and we do not accept return of merchandise that doesn’t have a manufacturer’s defect. Q: I GAVE YOU MY EMAIL. DOES THIS MEAN THAT A SPAM-A-THON WILL ENSUE?
Nope. We won’t email you really at all. The only time we will email you is if we require communication with you directly about your purchase or if we have a major event occurring. We do offer special deals, VIP events and other weekly deal notifications 1-2x per week and if you would like to receive these email notifications, please add your email address here! We only send weekly reminders or newsletters to those who subscribe. And no, we don’t share your contact information or email with anyone. We have to follow CASL legislation.
