Q: PICKUP LOCATIONS? EXPLAIN.
This means you can opt to either ship your shoplift items directly to you for a cost, or, if you live in Alberta, BC or Saskatchewan, you can pick up your items for free from a local pickup location. During checkout you will be asked to pick a location. You can find the closest location here.
Q: BUT THERE ARE NO PICKUP LOCATIONS NEAR ME. HECK, I DON’T EVEN LIVE IN ALBERTA!
No problem. When you checkout, you will have the option to select “ship to me”. Shipping fees specified upon checkout Please note that we will only ship within Canada.
Q: CAN I COMBINE MY SHIPPING WITH MY FRIEND’S OR SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE SAME AREA?

When your order comes in, you will have 2 weeks. Your pickup person will tag you on our Facebook group. Aren’t a member? Join here. Don’t have Facebook and don’t want it? No problem. Just send us an email here.

YES! We have an event called the Black Market on our Facebook Group and you are able to post your items that you have previously purchased from us in this forum for private sale. You can see the Black Market here. You can even check there to see if you can find a past buy that someone else has for sale! These are private sales arranged between Shoplifters and Shoplift Deals Ltd. does not get involved in the sale, nor is responsible for the condition of the product or payment details between parties who use the Black Market. Respect of both sellers and buyers is required and we do not allow selling of other products in the Black Market.

Q: WHAT ABOUT YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Shoplift Deals offers 30 days warranty for manufacturers defects. Some products carry a longer manufacturers warranty and this will be stated in the product info. Shoplift does not offer refunds, but does offer credits in these instances if replacements are not possible.

Q: I GAVE YOU MY EMAIL. DOES THIS MEAN THAT A SPAM-A-THON WILL ENSUE?
Nope. We won’t email you really at all. The only time we will email you is if we require communication with you directly about your purchase or the rare time we have a major event occurring with us. Even if you signed up for our notifications, we don’t really have many! We only send weekly reminders or newsletters to those who subscribe. And no, we don’t share your contact information or email with anyone. We have to follow CASL legislation.
