Orangetheory Fitness is committed to upholding all health regulations to ensure safety for gym attendees and trainers and staff. Group sessions are limited to a max of 15 people per session, spaced out through the intervals.

This deal is for the Alberta locations. You can purchase your package deal and use the sessions in any location throughout Alberta. You can also purchase more than one, so if you want to try a 5 pass session and decide you want the corporate unlimited, you can purchase both (or any combination of multiple packages) but only until the end of August when the deal ends.
This Shoplift Deal includes the following options:
-5 pass session: currently not available at all, only to Shoplifters! This pass will expire 30 days after you activate it.
-13 pass session: same price as their current 10 pack, but with 30% more! This pass will expire 90 days after you activate it.

The Workout:
The Orangetheory Fitness training session is comprised of three components: treadmill interval training blocks, rowing and resistance training blocks. These Orange 60 sessions are open to all adults and teens, ages 16 and older (14-and 15-year-olds can participate when accompanied by a parent). All fitness levels are welcome, as our program is the physiological theory behind the Orangetheory workout is known as “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. By providing members with a heart-rate monitor, we can monitor the 5-zone interval training sessions that we call the Orange 60. During the 60-minute workout, members will perform multiple intervals designed to produce 12 minutes or more of intensities at 84% or higher of maximum heart rate, which translates to Zones 4/5. This program design produces workout "afterburn" effect, which is an increased metabolic rate for up to 36 hours after the workout. The Orangetheory workout is designed to produce increased muscle Endurance, Strength and Power and if desired, tremendous weight loss.With energetic music, a talented group of fitness coaches and a high-energy studio, members have the recipe for a workout that produces big and lasting results. If weight loss is the primary goal, members can expect to see results quickly by attending three to five sessions per week with proper nutritional planning. If performance is the goal, members can expect to see an increase in power, speed, and strength by attending two to four sessions per week. Pacifically designed for everyone from power-walkers to elite performance athletes.
Session Attendance: Due to Covid we are restricted to a total of 15 people per class. This is so we are maintaining 3 metres and 2 metres social distancing throughout the studio at all times. Coaches are coaching members through the workout at the same time, however each member can go at their own pace. The coaches are there to tell you exactly what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Pack holders will get access to the app where they will pre-book their session so that they know they have space in the class.
