Atlantic Canadian Lobster...the best in the world...Welcome to our 5th annual Shoplift Lobsterfest! We want to help celebrate Father's Day with some great new options for our annual Lobsterfest! Our lobster offer comes from the Glace Bay, Nova Scotia region and is caught, steamed in sea water, packed on ice and flown to us all in the same day! Ready to eat, just add butter!! Delivery for the greater Calgary region will be Friday June 14 and for the greater Edmonton region will be Saturday, June 15. Please read all of the following information when ordering-we will have a specific delivery schedule and will need to ensure everyone is aware in order to make this large event another success! The lobster order options are: -Chix size (1-1.1lb each, prior to steaming), in sets of 6 -Quarters size (1.25-1.40lbs each, prior to steaming), in sets of 6 -MONSTER size (6lb each, prior to steaming), and these are ordered individually We are also offering Digby Scallops in 1lb packs. These are approximately the size of a toonie prior to cooking! There are about 15 or so per package and they are delish! Our NEW offering this year is to include some great items to add to complete your Father's Day dinner and we have partnered with some amazing local companies to bring you the best items to celebrate with! • Keto Slaw Salad for 6: cabbage, mayo, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, bacon bits and scant shaved carrot. Dressing separately packaged.
• Sweet tahini broccoli salad for 6 (gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan): broccoli core shredded, carrot, kale, red cabbage, dried cranberries, green onion, sesame seeds. Tahini and maple dressing with onion powder, garlic powder and apple cider vinegar. Dressing separately packaged.
• Sesame asian chopped salad for 6 (dairy free): chopped kale, spinach, carrot, celery, snow peas, edamame, green onion, radhish with a sesame peanut chili dressing, topped with chopped peanuts. Dressing separately packaged.

Your Local Ranch beef is raised naturally with no added hormones. We have chosen to age the beef for 21 days for maximum flavor and tenderness. We have decided to cut the beef in a traditional method which leaves the door open for culinary expression with each cut of meat.  Superior product is enhanced by the care and detail we show our animals.
