A Shoplift Favourite: The hot and cold comfort buddy is a stuffed animal buddy who comes with a secret pocket in the back of each animal with a water based gel pack that can be heated in the microwave or frozen. Each buddy helps provide comfort of the snuggling variety and is a must have for any child!

Please remove gel pack from stuffed animal prior to heating or freezing.
Your hot and cold buddy is approximately 12" tall.
Hot & Cold Gel Pack contains a water-based, non-toxic gel pack that can be chilled for cooling comfort, or microwaved for soothing warmth. Retains temperature for up to 40 minutes.

How to Use
First, remove gel pack from animal cover.
Hot Therapy
Place gel pack in microwave for a maximum of 30 seconds. Return pack to animal. To add heat, microwave gel pack in 15 second increments.
Cold Therapy
Store gel pack in freezer for a minimum of one hour. Return gel pack to animal Out for delivery mid December

Shipping is free within Canada on orders over $99 in total, before taxes. Below that total, we offer flat shipping rates depending on your province:
- within Alberta: $5.99
- within BC or Saskatchewan: $6.99
- elsewhere in Canada: $7.99
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Our shipping is based on sale weeks. So, if you purchase one item, or 100 items between the same Sunday-Friday sale event, you will only ever pay that one flat shipping cost for your area. If you purchase something one day, then decide you do want to order other items during the same sale week, simply order them and choose the "MERGE ORDER" shipping rate.

Shoplift Deals offers a warranty of a minimum of 30 days on any item that covers defects. Manufacturers warranties may extend past this time and will be noted in the product description if applicable. Products will be replaced or a credit will be issued when there is no option for product replacement upon determining defect.
